All reservations are Guaranteed Reservations. As such, payment is due in full at the time of booking and we do not offer cancellations.



Cancellation Policy


All reservation are guaranteed, which means that they are paid in full at the time of booking and we do not allow cancellations. Please verify all of your trip details before you proceed with a booking!



Pet Policy


Harbor Inn is NOT a pet friendly hotel. A charge of $150 will be applied to the room bill of the registered guest should deep cleaning be required due to occupants bringing a pet in the room.



Non Smoking Policy


Harbor Inn is a non-smoking hotel. A charge of $350 will be applied to the room bill of the registered guest should deep cleaning be required due to occupants smoking in the room.


Room Capacity Policy


All rooms rates are based on double occupancy. An additional charge of $15 per person 18+ years of age occupying a room will be applied at the time of check-in. Maximum sleeping capacity in a room varies from 4 - 6 persons depending on the suite type booked. See available amenities on your selected suite type to confirm maximum sleeping capacity. Persons 17 years of age or under must be accompanied by the registered adult at the time of check-in to occupy a room.



Check In Policy


Minimum check in age is 18.


Check in time is 3:00pm. As we no longer operate a front desk, all check ins are self check ins. You will be contacted via TEXT MESSAGE on the date of your arrival for self check in instructions. When you make a reservation, please include the number for you mobile phone for this purpose.


Check out time is 11:00am.
